Manito Ahbee International Competition Powwow

EVENT DETAILS: Participate in the Opening Sequence of the Aboriginal People's Choice Music Awards (APCMA's) on Friday, November 6th: Seeking up to 100 Women Back-up singers to learn the Manito Ahbee Song and the Buffy Sainte-Marie and Edmund Bull Song “Darling Don’t Cry”. All Women who participate in the Opening Sequence of the APCMA’s will receive one Admission ticket to the Manito Ahbee Powwow on Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8, 2009. Admission ticket hand out will be arranged following the completion of the Opening Sequence.

First 100 Women to register for the Back up Singing will be selected to partake in the event and receive free admission to the Manito Ahbee Powwow. Click HERE to download the Women Backup Singing Registration Form.

Registration will also be open Friday, November 6 at 10 AM - 7 PM and Saturday, November 7 at 10 AM - 7 PM on the 2nd Floor of the MTS Centre for all dancers.
